Love this hapé! It's extremely strong. I originally purchased it to help with menstrual cramps which it's wonderful for, but also makes me sleep very heavily. I need to continue working with this hapé to figure out the best time of day to use it, because I tend to wake up groggy if I use it too close to bedtime.
